Meet the Staff
|
 Dr.
Sidor was born and raised in Brevard county. After graduating
from University of South Florida, he attended Loyola University
of Chicago School of Dentistry and graduated with honors
in pedodontics (children's dentistry). Dr. Sidor then completed
an Advanced Education General Dentistry Residency in the
United States Air Force, which gave him the absolute best
training available in all phases of dentistry. After a two
year tour of duty in Germany, Dr. Sidor returned to Florida
to continue his career in a private general dentistry practice.
He has been practicing in Merritt Island since 1996.
Dr. Sidor is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry,
the American Dental Society (including the Florida and Brevard
county subsidiaries), and the Brevard Study Club. He is
currently Chairman of the Brevard We Care Dental Clinic
and Past President of the Brevard County Dental Society
. In 2000 he completed all the requirements to become a
Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. The Academy
of General Dentistry is an organization of approximately
35,000 dentists committed to continuing dental education
in order to provide patients with the best care possible.
Earning a Fellowship award requires completing 500 hours
of continuing education courses within ten years, and passing
a difficult fellowship exam. Dr. Sidor constantly attends
continuing education classes in all phases of dentistry,
and continues to practice current and state of the art dentistry.
In 2007, He was inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy,
an Honorary Dental Organization recognizing outstanding
Dentists.
Dr. Sidor married the love of his life in 1998. He and
his wife Giovina have 2 children: Sara and Nicholas, whom
you will likely hear about on your visits to our office.
He loves being on the water, fishing and scuba diving; and
enjoys playing tennis.
Dr. Sidor's main philosophy in dentistry is to treat every
patient as an individual, and in the same manner as he would
treat his family.
| Hi! My Name is Gi Sidor. I am Dr. Sidor's wife
and Administrative Manager. I would like to personally
extend a warm greeting to our wonderful existing patients
and to our new patients. I have had a lot of experience
in the dental field prior to meeting my husband. I was
a dental assistant for eight years and then decided
to apply to the dental hygiene program. After completing
my education and successfully passing the dental hygiene
boards, I married Dr. Sidor and have the wonderful opportunity
to not only help manage our office but also work with
my husband every day. I am constantly being stopped
in my daily routine to hear patients say how warm, gentle,
and understanding he is with them. He enjoys dentistry
and tries to make each patient feel comfortable and
receive the best possible treatment while in his care.

| Hi! My Name is Debbie, and as one of the Patient
Care Coordinators in Dr. Sidor's office I have the pleasure
of meeting and greeting most of our patients before
they ever see the doctor. Our Front Office Team strives
to make your dental experience stress free by addressing
your concerns regarding treatment, scheduling, insurance
and payment as clearly and accurately as possible. I
have worked with Dr. Sidor since April of 2002, and
have been in the dental field for ten years. I can honestly
say that our staff is the most caring group of professionals
that I have had the privilege of working with. My husband,
Doug, and I have been married for thirty-two years and
we have two daughters. Molly is an attorney living in
St. Louis (our home town) with her husband Sean and
my sweet grand-daughter, Addyson; and Meg is an interior
designer living in Tampa. Doug and I are both health
conscious. He goes to the gym regularly and I enjoy
walking and playing tennis. I feel fortunate to be a
member of this wonderful team and look forward to welcoming
you into our dental family. |

| Hi! My Name is Cathy. I am a Registered Dental
Hygienist and have worked with Dr. Sidor since February
of 2003. I have enjoyed getting to know our patients
and hope to establish long term relationships with them
It is wonderful to work in an atmosphere that is cheerful
and caring. We do our best to offer the best care possible
to our patients and try to tailor treatment to coincide
with the needs and desires of the individual. |

| Hi! My Name is Amy. I am a dental hygienist
for Dr. Sidor. I graduated from Brevard Community College
with my Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene
as well as my Associate of Arts Degree. I am a native
of Florida and graduated from Titusville High School.
My husband and I have been married since October of
2003. He races stock cars at a local track in Orlando,
so we spend our Friday nights there. Otherwise, we enjoy
going to dance clubs, bike riding, spending time with
family and friends, and going to the beach. I chose
to be a dental hygienist because I like working with
the public. I enjoy seeing different patients every
day. I feel very lucky to be a part of Dr. Sidor's office
as it is a very fun office to work in and it is wonderful
that everyone is a team player. |

| Hi! My Name is Linda. I graduated from Brevard
Community College Dental Assisting program in 1987.
I have been working with Dr. Sidor since 1998. On a
personal note I have been married to my husband Jim
for 15 years and we have two daughters, Emilee and Nicole.
In my spare time, I enjoy doing arts and crafts and
being involved in various activities at our church.
The best thing about my job is working with a great
"TEAM" of dental professionals whose main
goal is to provide the highest quality dental care in
a fun and relaxed environment. |

Hi! My Name is Melanie. I have been assisting
Dr. Sidor since July of 2002. I have been a dental
assistant for about four years. I enjoy the diverse
procedures in general dentistry. I feel like our office
is one big happy family, and I know our patients can
sense that closeness between all of us. We are a very
silly office but that is because we all enjoy our
jobs so very much. I just want to tell a little about
myself. I have been married to my husband, Scott,
for a little over 2 years. We have a daughter, Baylee
who was born in February of 2004. We also have a dog,
Sunnie. I look forward to having many years with Dr.
Sidor and the rest of our staff and can't wait to
meet many more smiling faces.

| Hi! My name is Diane, I have been
assisting Dr. Sidor since May 2005. While in dental
assisting school at Brevard Community College, I was
lucky enough to do my internship here also. I grew up
fishing and working on cars, I've adopted a little orange
tabby cat named Marina and recently took up golfing,
I just love being outside! Working with Dr. Sidor and
the staff is truly a blessing. They are like a second
family to me. I look forward to each day getting to
interact with the patients and seeing them smile makes
me smile. You can also find me at the front desk occasionally
helping out whenever I'm needed. |

| My name is Rebekah. I was born
and raised in Utah and even attended college there.
I married my high school sweetheart in 1996 and we joined
the military a year later. My husband is a firefighter
in the U.S. Air Force and we have been stationed in
Las Vegas, Idaho, and beautiful Florida (Florida being
our favorite). My husband has served in Korea, Saudi
Arabia, and two tours in Iraq. We have one son named
Jereon who was born in the new millennium, who loves
to visit Dr. Sidor! I have been a patient coordinator
for Dr. Sidor since 2006 and enjoy working the front
desk. Please ask if there is anything I can do in order
to make you and your family's trip to the dentist a

| Hi! My name is Paige.
I have been a Dental Hygienist for 9 years. Originally
from California, I have lived in Florida for 3 years
now and my husband and I recently relocated here to
Brevard County from Ft. Lauderdale. We have 2 young
children, a boy and girl. I am very happy to be the
newest addition to Dr. Sidor's "dental family"
and I couldn't ask for a more wonderful group of people
to work with |

Hello my name is Michelle. I have been a practicing
Dental Hygienist for 12 years, 7 of which have been
with Dr. Sidor. Prior to dental hygiene I was also a
Dental Assistant. I have an Associate in Arts degree,
Associate in Science in Dental Hygiene, and a Bachelor
in Science degree from St. Petersburg College. Striving
for the highest standards in preventative dentistry,
I along with my co-workers, am proud to continually
be educated in the lastest inovations. We are excited
to move forward with paperless charting and digital
x-rays. I am happily married to a space shuttle engineer,
and enjoy spending time with my 2 and 4 year old girls.
Working for Dr. Sidor has made it possible for me to
juggle being a hygienist, student, wife, and most of
all a mom. We have an excellent team that supports each
other both in and outside the office. In the past year
I have decided to become a full time stay at home Mom.
With the support of Dr. Sidor and his wife G., I practice
now as a fill hygienist, covering vacation and/or maternity
leave for the rest of the girls. As a dedicated Dental
Hygienist, I expect nothing but the highest quality
for my patients, placing patient education and preventative
care at the top of the list. Excited about the future
of dentistry, I look forward to many years of quality
patient interaction.
